KOS Series
In the KOS series pump, the flow is controlled by an S transfer tube. There are no valves to maintain and no restrictions to the flow with the simple, rugged S-tube design. The pump can pass solids up to the size of the discharge diameter. The flow control system has only two wearing parts for minimum maintenance.
The KOS pump is particularly suitable for conveying highly viscous sludges and other material with a high proportion of course solids. The KOS series is best for the thickest pumpage, such as dewatered municipal and industrial sludges, containing a high concentration of large solids.

KOS - oil-hydraulic piston pump with S transfer tube:
- For conveying very high viscosity sludges or slurries with a high solids content
- Low maintenance with few moving parts
- Less suction resistance due to the open design
- S-tube actuation cylinders are outside the pumpage
- Delivery rates up to 200 m³/hr (880 gpm)
- Delivery pressure up to 130 bar (1885 psi)
