Putzmeister batching plants are available 3 capacities – 30 m3/ hr, 60 m3/ hr and 120 m3/ hr. The 30 m3/ hr plants come with pan and twin-shaft mixers, and the other two are equipped with twin-shaft mixers. The plants are designed to have a small footprint area. Their modular design allows for quick installation, dismantling and also ease of mobility. With separate platforms for operations and maintenance, a fully computerized system, and a host of built in safety features these plants are easy to operate and maintain. Where Putzmeister plants particularly stand out is the range of aggregate storage options available to a customer. The plants come with an option of skip & inline bins, skip & pocket bins, skip & compartment bins, and inclined belt conveyor & inline bins or inclined belt conveyor & compartment bins. The options differ based on the plant capacity. This versatile offering means Putzmeister has a batching plant suitable for all types of jobsites and a wide range of applications.

The high capacity 120 m3/hr batching plant is built to handle mass concreting requirements for large infrastructure and building projects.
