ESG commitment and strategy

Our ESG approach, which combines environmental responsibility, social strength and transparent corporate governance, forms the basis of our sustainable actions.

Environment (E): We reduce our environmental impact through energy efficiency, renewable energies and resource-saving processes. Since 2025, photovoltaic systems with a capacity of 5.2 MW have been generating green electricity, avoiding around 2,080 tonnes of CO₂ annually. Other measures such as modern HVAC systems, LED technology and water efficiency projects support this approach.

Social (S): Our employees are our focus. An inclusive, safe working environment, continuous training, flexible working models and comprehensive health and safety management characterise our corporate culture. We are committed to fair working conditions and the protection of human rights worldwide – supported by clear guidelines such as our Code of Conduct.

Corporate governance (G): Integrity and transparency guide our actions. Clear compliance structures, regular training, internal audits and a global whistleblower system strengthen trust and responsible behaviour. We consistently check our supply chains for social and environmental standards and implement clear measures against corruption.

On this basis, we are currently developing a comprehensive ESG strategy with measurable targets, including science-based climate targets for Scope 1, 2 and 3, in order to align our actions with long-term sustainability and impact.
