IHK Vocational Course Leinfelden-Echterdingen
Feb 14, 24
On Thursday, 25.05.2023, the IHK vocational course took place at the Walter-Schweizer-Kulturforum in Leinfelden-Echterdingen.
This offered about 400 pupils the chance to get to know numerous apprenticeship occupations and companies. A total of two rounds took place, during which the pupils could choose their apprenticeship occupations. The participating schools were the Phillip-Matthäus-Hahn-Gymnasium, the Immanuel-Kant-Gymnasium and the Ludwig-Uhland-Schule GWRS. The participants were between grades 8 to 10.
The aim of the course is to present a specific job profile and to provide assistance in choosing a career. Putzmeister presented the job profile of the industrial clerk (m/f/d). For this purpose, tasks were provided for the departments of sales, accounting, personnel, purchasing and marketing. If a pupil stood out particularly positively, the company had the opportunity to issue him/her a golden ticket. This guarantees a traineeship.
During the tasks, we got into conversation with numerous pupils and were thus able to present the company Putzmeister and the job description of the industrial clerk (m/f/d) and hope that we were able to help the participants of the career course.
