Building with a future

ESG commitment and strategy

Our ESG approach combines environmental responsibility, social commitment and transparent governance to create sustainable value and support responsible growth.

Environment (E): We reduce our environmental impact through energy efficiency, renewable energies and resource-saving processes. Since 2025, photovoltaic systems with a capacity of 5.2 MW have been generating green electricity, avoiding around 2,080 tonnes of CO₂ annually. Additional measures, such as modern HVAC systems, LED technology and water efficiency projects, support this approach.

Social (S): Our employees are our focus. An inclusive, safe working environment, continuous training, flexible work models, and comprehensive health and safety management define our corporate culture. Globally, we are committed to fair working conditions and the protection of human rights – supported by clear guidelines such as our Code of Conduct.

Governance (G): Integrity and transparency guide our actions. Clear compliance structures, regular training, internal audits and a global whistleblower system promote responsible conduct. We consistently assess our supply chains for social and environmental standards and implement strict anti-corruption measures.

Our ESG strategy provides a clear framework for our sustainability activities, with measurable targets to guide our progress. Our key targets are to reduce emissions, reduce accidents, and increase employee participation in compliance e-learnings.

Beyond these measurable targets, our strategy addresses a broader range of sustainability topics, including climate protection, pollution reduction, circular economy, employee development, and ethical business practices. This enables us to translate our ESG commitment into concrete action and measurable impact while creating long-term value for our employees, customers, partners and other stakeholders.
