Putzmeister 33-Meter Joins the 30-Meter Class Portfolio

Putzmeister America recently announced the new 33Z-meter boom pump to enhance the Putzmeister 30-meter class portfolio. This new design, now available for purchase, incorporates the same time-proven design of the 36Z and 39Z. 

"The 33-meter pump is the perfect addition to the 30-meter class portfolio," said Dave Wright, Chief Engineer. "With the 32-meter no longer in our portfolio, we created an enhanced 33Z model for that market segment. it shares many of the same qualities of the BSF 36-, 38-, and 39-meter."

The 33-meter shares a pedestal with the 36-4 that is a proven strong and stable design. The pedestal is based on the one used on teh 38-5 and 39-meter models. The 33-meter includes automatic lubrication of the four-point bearing and A-hinge, so there is no safety concern when lubricating these critical points. 

Because the 33-, 36-, and 39-meter pumps are "cousins", commonality of spare parts provides a significant service advantage to multiple pump fleets. However, the biggest advantage of the new 33-meter boom pump is the low unfolding height of 24'9". 

The 39Z-meter boom pump is another force to be reckoned with. Offered in a .16H or .13 HPD pump cell, it has proven itself as a fan favorite. The .13 HPD pump cell, which became available on the 39-meter in 2019, offers a BSA-grade pump kit designed for high pressure, long-duration pumping. The 39-meter is offered with an optional detachable boom for high rise applications, making it the most versatile boom pump on the market.
