PCF - HPD - VPD

Pulsation Dampening Systems

Putzmeister provides three different Systems in order to prevent or dampen pulsations in the delivery pipeline.  

PCF:
The PCF System with our HSP seat valve pumps is suitable for pumping fine grained materials such as tailings, fly ash etc.  

HPD:
As soon as the material contains aggregates, Putzmeister provides the unique HPD damping system which reduces the pulsation of S-transfer tube pumps – even with cemented pastes.

VPD:
If the Paste or Slurries are not mixed with cement our latest invention, the Putzmeister VPD is your first choice as it is an optimized system with minimal wear and power consumption.
