Training is becoming more and more important for the Putzmeister organization as well as for its clientèle. Every year, the Putzmeister Academy, with locations at all producing subsidiaries, trains more participants from widely different areas.

Because of the dates requested by the participants, the main season begins in September and ends in May at the Aichtal location. During the first two quarters of the year, the focus is on our customers' machinists and mechanics. During the fourth quarter, it is primarily participants from the Putzmeister organization that are trained. In the current season, which began in September 2017, more than 1000 participants have attended training courses. Customers come from all over the EMEA zone and service technicians come from around the world.

Our academy team is pleased that its services are meeting with increasing interest among our clientèle. Many customers have recognized the need for training to make their machines safer and less expensive to operate. In several countries, the Putzmeister Academy also supports the official training activities of public authorities and accident insurance companies. 

Putzmeister trainers at other locations, such as Dubai, PMA, PTR and PCM, also carry out numerous training courses in local settings. In keeping with the motto Putzmeister Means Concrete Pumps, activities are increasingly coordinated with the aim of addressing the entire world of concrete pumps with helpful and, at the same time, demanding training.
