MY Putzmeister annual user survey 2025

The fourth time in a row we had our global MY Putzmeister user survey online from mid-November 2025 until mid-January 2026. The User survey helps us to get feedback from you regarding information and features within MY Putzmeister, how they are used and how satisfied you are with the digital offers.

First of all, we’re very happy that the number of participants in the survey increases year by year. The vast majority of participants is using MY Putzmeister several times per week and overall, you are very happy with content and available features. Webshop, MY Fleet, PM Products and Service Center were ranked as the most important and most frequently used Apps.

The feedback from these annual surveys is very important to us, as it shows us what is missing and if our actions and efforts from previous years meet your expectations. This year, close to 50% of the comments were complaints about performance and usability. Activities to achieve improvements in these areas have already been started. Once completed, we’ll inform you here.

Therefore, we want to thank all participants once again for their participation – all winners from the raffle have been drawn and informed about the Putzmeister merchandise they’ve won.
