Putzmeister at IFAT 2024

Welcome to Putzmeister Concrete Pumps GmbH, your partner for state-of-the-art sludge pumping, mixing and storage systems. We are proud to offer innovative solutions specifically tailored to the requirements of biomass applications, sewage sludge incineration plants, wastewater treatment plants, co-incineration of alternative fuels in coal-fired power stations or the cement industry.

Our focus is on the development of customized solutions for sludge handling, the supply of receiving bunkers and storage silos with discharge systems, complete systems for the transport, storage and mixing of pastes and high-density solids, as well as pipelines and accessories.
This year, Putzmeister will be exhibiting the KOS 1070 HP double piston pump and a THS 532 auger feeder device, which is used for very highly dewatered sludge. In addition to the hydraulic drive and a control system, both machine components are part of a modern sludge conveying system often found in sewage treatment plants or biomass applications. Sludge transport by pump is the standard in many countries today.
