Putzmeister brings sustainable innovations to INTERMAT 2024

Apr 2, 24

As part of INTERMAT 2024, the exhibition for sustainable construction solutions and technologies, Putzmeister is presenting innovations that focus on reducing C02 emissions - as well as other innovations for greater sustainability

From 24 to 27 April, the M27-4 truck-mounted concrete pump, the iONTRON eMixer, the BSA 1005 iONTRON, two different BSC models and a BSA 1005 will be on display at the exhibition site in Paris. Two SANY truck-mounted concrete pumps will also be on show. The international trade fair for the construction and infrastructure sectors offers trade visitors an ideal opportunity to find out more about these Putzmeister machines.

Truck-mounted concrete pump M27-4 - user-friendly and compact all-rounder

The M27-4 scores points above all for its versatility. With a delivery rate of 110 m3/h and 78 bar pressure, it works just as economically on small construction sites as it does in inner-city areas or for special applications such as hose applications, renovations and much more. This is partly thanks to its space-saving and stepless TRC support and the compact two-axle lorry, which means it can be parked in the tightest of spaces with an almost infinite number of positions. In addition, the side platforms offer sufficient space for storing hoses. The operator is also well catered for: many safety features and very simple, well thought-out operation impress with every use.

Putzmeister Truck-mounted concrete pump M27.11 Performance Line

The M27-4 impresses with the following features:
•    Space-saving stabilisation, ideal for inner-city applications in particular
•    Wide range of applications from small detached houses and renovation work to infrastructure projects
•    Sophisticated arm kinematics, ideal for working inside buildings
•    High level of safety and ergonomics
•    Operator-friendliness and safety thanks to Ergonic® 3 control system
•    Compact truck with only two axles

iONTRON eMixer - for emission-free transport of concrete

The iONTRON eMixer proves it: Concrete transport can also be environmentally friendly if you consistently rely on an electric drive. No CO2 is released either when travelling to or working on the construction site. What's more, the virtually silent driving operation allows for use even where strict noise protection regulations apply. This offers a decisive competitive advantage in tenders or when awarding contracts in urban areas. However, such a solution must also be economical and practical. That's why the eMixer is designed so that one battery charge lasts a whole working day in urban areas - with up to six trips. If you want more, you can simply charge in between. The iONTRON eMixer is fully recharged overnight. The innovative battery technology offers a capacity of 350 kWh.

Fully electric Putzmeister eMixer iONTRON

The iONTRON eMixer has the following impressive features:
•    Overnight charging at a DC charging station (max. 240 kW)
•    8x4 axle configuration for outstanding driving dynamics with a total weight of up to 38 tonnes
•    Proven Putzmeister mixer body: drum (9 m³) with optimised geometry
•    Intuitive operation thanks to fully electronic control system incl. Ergonic® Mixer Control (EMC)
•    100% electric, emission-free and virtually silent (on SANY electric chassis)
•    Powerful 315 KW e-motor with high torque

BSA 1005 iONTRON - the all-electric, quiet and emission-free concrete pump

The future of construction is blue: the new concrete pump in the iONTRON series is 100% battery-powered - and offers a full 47 m³/h output, completely independent of the power grid during a normal working day. A successful innovation on the way to emission-free and quiet working on construction sites. It was developed for a typical working day - and can be charged with a wide range of amperages and plug types. The flexible charging concept enables charging overnight or during work with up to 22 kW using a type 2 charging plug.

Putzmeister Trailer concrete pump BSA iONTRON

The BSA 1005 iONTRON impresses with the following features:
•    Charge the battery and pump concrete at the same time
•    100 % electric with 100 % power for every application
•    Work independently of the power grid
•    Zero CO2 and minimal noise emissions
•    Charging overnight or during work, max. 22 kW with type 2 plug
•    Optionally with construction site chassis or TÜV-certified road chassis

BSA 1005 D5 and BSC 1005 D5 - compact multi-purpose concrete pumps for small construction sites

Whether on a standard F8 or crawler chassis, the 1005 D5 stationary concrete pump is a compact, CE-compliant multi-purpose concrete pump and is ideal for smaller construction sites. With its economical StageV Deutz diesel engine (without AdBlue system), which can also be operated with HVO diesel (hydrotreated vegetable oil), and the Ergonic® 3 control system, it masters every task. Thanks to the use of EOC (Ergonic Output Control), the engine speed and hydraulic pump output are perfectly harmonised. This reduces fuel consumption by up to 40% while also reducing wear. This also takes the strain off the machine operator, who can concentrate fully on his work. With a delivery rate of up to 52 m³/h, normal concrete up to 32 mm grain size is no problem for the stationary concrete pumps.

The BSA and BSC 1005 D5 also require 30% less hydraulic oil thanks to a more efficient oil cooler and the flow-optimised design of the oil tank. Operating data and the engine status are clearly shown on the large display. Just as impressive as the ease of operation is the service life and high availability of the machine thanks to high-quality wear components with a long service life.
The BSC 1005 D5 also combines the "pump" and "drive" functions on the standard radio control with display. The BSA 1005 D5 is optionally available with F80 running gear.

BSC 1409 D5 - Stationary pump with crawler chassis for filling bored piles

The BSC series from Putzmeister offers all the advantages of the proven BSA concrete pumps. They complete the bored pile process by pumping concrete into the bored piles dug into the ground. In the Performance Line version, the BSC 1409 D5 impresses with its StageV engine with AdBlue, SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction System) and DPF (diesel particulate filter).
The powerful tracked concrete pump with a delivery rate of 97 m³/h is the perfect machine for filling bored pile foundations and for in-situ concrete work. It works autonomously behind pile drilling machines thanks to its powerful caterpillar tracks and the supplied cleaning system consisting of container, compressor and accessories. This makes the BSC 1409 D5 Performance Line perfect for many applications in building construction and civil engineering.

SANY truck-mounted concrete pump SY25 Z4-150 - the compact machine with 4 arms

The SY25 Z4-150 impresses with its 25 m reach and compact design on 3 axes. In combination with the SSC 2.0 (Support Stability Control) control system and the OSS, K and Y support variants, the pump offers impressive stability and versatility on any construction site. The narrow support width makes the SY25 ideal for narrow construction projects.
With a delivery rate of up to 137 m³/h and a maximum delivery pressure of 66 bar, the smallest truck-mounted concrete pump in the SANY portfolio is a real powerhouse. Sufficient storage space is also provided thanks to the folding side walls and the side stops on the right and left.

The SANY SY45 RZ5-160 - plenty of reach on four axles with less than 32 tonnes

With its impressive reach of 44.1 metres on four axles, the SY45 RZ5-160 truck-mounted concrete pump nevertheless remains under 32 tonnes - with a sufficient payload. Thanks to its lightweight design, it not only fulfils customer requirements, but also the strict European standards. With the help of SSC 2.0, the new support system with integrated stability control, it also offers practice-optimised flexibility on tight construction sites. Operation is extremely simple with the new HBC radio remote control including a 10-inch colour display and a maintenance panel. The powerful hydraulics and core pump provide sufficient power for a wide range of applications, with an impressive output of 155 m³/h for high efficiency, even with difficult concrete mixes.
