Please note: this is the wrong teamplate to request changes of users or to request additional permissions.
We need additional information and approvals in these processes to fulfill the AUDIT-requirements.

Description / Template-Usage:

  • First of all you have to enter a title in the field Subject
  • Please enter related tickets in the field Reference ticket
  • Choose the affected application.
    Afterwards all needed additional input-fields will be displayed.

Please enter all needed data to shorten the processing time of your ticket and avoid unnecessary queries.
