First of all you have to choose the affected application, because there are different support teams responsible for this application-dependent tasks. The Ticket will be forwarded automatically to the responsible Support-Team.
In this step you have to choose the needed action.
Only the needed fields will be displayed to increase the User experience in the Ticket creation process. Enter all required information. Please note the mandatory fields - marked with a red star at the beginning of the label. Without a entry in these fields the creation of a ticket is no longer possible.
Please use the Dropdown field to select the affected employee. You are able to use a Search-Help in this field. Select the field and start typing the name of the employee. The results of the live-Search will be displayed in this field. Confirm the employee in the result-list by using ENTER or a click in the corresponding line.
Please note: we are using the Single-Sign-On (SSO) process which is based on an existent Windows-User. All employees with a existent Windows-User are part of the employee-selection field. If you cannot find the employee, you must first request a new Windows User. The selection of "Ghuest" or "Admin" is not allowed. All tickets with this selection will be cancelled.
