From 01.12.2023, all actions concerning the user can be requested via a form.
This guideline is intended to help you fill out the form correctly.
1. select a user action: (as of 27.11.2023)
a. New user
b. Change of department
c. Change application rights
d. Deactivation
e. Employee resignation
f. Change of name
g. Password reset
h. Reactivation
-> Depending on the action selected, certain applications appear for which the action is to be carried out. In some cases, no application needs to be selected, for example if it is a change of department or a name change. However, the form guides you through the process so that you don't have to worry.
-> The "New user" action has a special feature: Here you can now request all applications at the same time, for all other actions only one application can be selected.
2. either select the relevant application or fill in the requested information directly.
Example 1: New user
1. Choose action: "New user"
2. Choose the applications for which the user must be activated
3. In this case, "Windows" and "SAP" are selected
-> A windows user is always a prerequisite for all other users!
You will now be asked to enter certain information. The mandatory information is marked with a red star. Fill in at least the mandatory fields and submit the request with
Example 2: Employee Leaving
1. Choose the action "Employee Leaving"
2. Fill in the required fields and submit the form
