Human rights and the environment (LkSG)

Putzmeister is firmly committed to corporate responsibility in accordance with respect for human rights and the associated environmental standards. This commitment extends beyond our own business activities and consistently permeates our global supply chains. With clear responsibilities and a wide range of measures, we actively take on the role of enforcing these fundamental rights.

Policy statement on respect for human rights and the environment

Human Rights Officer

Our commitment to human rights is underpinned by a strong commitment to fairness, justice and respect for the dignity of every individual.
Our Human Rights Officer plays a key role in this commitment. As the guardian of Putzmeister's core values, he works hard to ensure that the highest standards of human rights principles are upheld in all our business practices. From the way we treat our employees to our global supply chain, we are committed to promoting and protecting human rights.
To ensure that human rights standards are effectively monitored and implemented within the company, Chief Compliance Officer Alexander Diez has been appointed Human Rights Officer.

Whistleblower system

We believe in the power of transparency and the consistent application of ethical standards in our daily work. As part of our commitment to integrity and responsibility, we have implemented an effective grievance procedure system.
The submission of reports plays a crucial role in the early identification of human rights and environmental risks in the supply chain. Our grievance mechanism is a safe and secure platform that enables our employees, customers and business partners to report complaints or concerns.
All reports are examined with the utmost care, treated with the utmost confidentiality and personal data is protected. It is also possible to submit anonymous reports.
The rules of procedure give you a detailed insight into our internal procedure for handling complaints.
