Transparency and participation through the complaints procedure

As a market-leading manufacturer of construction machinery, we are not only an economic player, but also a social one. We are therefore fully committed to our responsibility with regard to the observance and promotion of human rights and environmental standards. For this reason, Putzmeister is committed to identifying and assessing risks of human rights violations and environmental damage and to taking measures to minimise and avoid risks.

We have now set out this commitment in our policy statement on respect for human rights and the environment. This ensures that we fully honour our commitment to respecting human rights and the environment. The declaration of principles is binding for all companies in the Putzmeister Group.

In our endeavours to fully limit the risk of human rights and environmental violations, a new Code of Conduct for Suppliers has been drawn up. This is because these risks can occur not only in Putzmeister's direct operations, but also with our business partners in the supply chain. The new Code of Conduct ensures compliance with human rights and environmental standards and is mandatory when working with the Putzmeister Group.

If you become aware of any risks or offences in this area, you can report them via our complaints procedure. Your reports will be treated confidentially and your personal data will be protected. If you still have concerns, you can also submit reports anonymously.
